Why Tara
The Greatest Show Events launched in 2021. Our founder, Tara Chasteen, has produced events for over 10 years.
Tara studied events at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She started her career at Walt Disney World, working stage, ballroom, catering and convention services.
She later became Stadium Events Manager for the Tennessee Titans, building the stadium’s private and full-stadium event operations from the ground up. She also managed on-air talent logistics for ESPN at Super Bowls in Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Francisco.
Our team has run event operations for crowds of 100,000 or more in downtown Nashville. Today we plan events of 50 to 7,000 guests, now taking on corporate work in Tampa and Sarasota.
