Tara Chasteen
RINGMASTER, FOUNDER
For Tara, event production isn’t a career, it’s part of her DNA. When she was just six years old, her mother quite literally joined the circus AS A MANAGER with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey and tOOK Tara along for the ride. Backstage among the lights, the performers, and the rhythm of a well-timed spotlight, Tara discovered what it meant to create wonder. That early glimpse behind the curtain is where the story of The Greatest Show Event Management Co. truly begins.
Tara’s professional journey launched on the stages and in the ballrooms of Walt Disney World, where she performed in entertainment before transitioning into Catering and Convention Services, and ultimately Disney’s Fairytale Weddings. There, she learned how to blend logistics with spectacle: making the magic run on schedule.
From Disney’s enchanted venues, Tara moved to Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, refining her expertise in large-scale Convention Services. Her next act led her to the Tennessee Titans, where she built the organization’s private and full-stadium event operations from the ground up; designing systems, teams, and unforgettable guest experiences worthy of a standing ovation.
With a seasoned producer’s discipline and a showman’s soul, she founded The Greatest Show Event Management Co., a company dedicated to creating experiences that don’t just entertain, but leave audiences inspired.
Today, The Greatest Show Events operates not under a tent or marquee, but across boardrooms, ballrooms, arenas, and corporate stages. crafting events where precision meets wonder, and every guest feels like they’ve witnessed something extraordinary.

Emily Graves
EVENT MASTER, BRAND EXPANSION
For Emily, the most exciting part of an event happens behind the scenes, shaping controlled chaos into something that feels effortless on stage.
Her career in events began in Tampa, Florida, where she worked closely with a nonprofit planning large-scale community programs. Managing high-attendance events early on gave Emily hands-on experience in coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution. Those early experiences shaped the organized, composed approach she brings to complex productions today.
That foundation carried Emily into fast-paced, brand-driven environments, where she sharpened her operational approach and leadership skills. Overseeing large-scale visual reset teams for Apple Inc. strengthened her ability to lead teams, manage complex systems, and execute with precision under tight timelines.
Emily later brought that experience into large-scale live production at Getty Music Label, supporting conferences, concerts, and international touring operations. She played a key role in producing the Sing! Conference in Nashville, a multi-day event welcoming more than 10,000 attendees, and supported touring and concert productions across the U.S. and abroad, including events at Gaylord Opryland, Carnegie Hall, Bridgestone Arena and the SSE Arena in Belfast.
At The Greatest Show Event Management Co., Emily brings her background in large-scale production, touring, and operational leadership to every event. Working behind the scenes, she ensures each experience runs smoothly, confidently, and exactly as intended.
