Festival & Large-Scale Event Production

From street closures to VIP hospitality — the team behind some of Nashville’s biggest days, now bringing that same production expertise to your event.

Some of the biggest days Nashville has ever had didn’t happen by accident — they happened because someone was standing in the middle of it, coordinating police, permits, vendors, and a hundred moving pieces at once, so the show went on without the crowd ever noticing the work behind it. That’s the kind of production experience our team brings to every event we touch, festival-scale or otherwise. We built our reputation on boutique creativity and honest value — when the guest count climbs into the tens of thousands, that same care just scales up.

Where We’ve Worked

CMA Fest

For years, our team has led Riverfront Operations for one of the largest music festivals in the country — managing street closures, fencing, tents, rentals, city permitting, vendor logistics, and coordination with Metro Police and Fire for a festival that brings roughly 100,000 country music fans into downtown Nashville.

NFL Draft (Nashville)

When the NFL Draft came to Nashville, our team managed the entire stadium-footprint fan experience, from the parking lots to inside the stadium, helping run operations for an event that drew more than 200,000 people downtown.

Let Freedom Ring Nashville (4th of July)

Nashville’s largest annual 4th of July celebration brings 200,000 to 300,000 guests downtown every year, and our team has managed VIP and backstage hospitality for it — the kind of high-touch guest experience that has to run flawlessly in front of a very large crowd.

Jack Daniel’s Nashville New Year’s Bash

Our team has handled backstage hospitality and VIP spaces for vendors and guests at Nashville’s official New Year’s Eve celebration, which draws 150,000 to 200,000 people downtown to ring in the new year.

Music City Grand Prix

From full stadium operations in the race’s first three years to ongoing VIP and club-level management — rentals, fencing, furniture, food and beverage, and staffing — our team has been part of building this Nashville motorsports event since its early days.

CMA Awards

Our team has managed the red carpet arrival and outside footprint for the CMA Awards — street closures, permitting, tenting, vehicle arrivals, and staff and artist parking — for one of country music’s biggest nights.

Super Bowls with ESPN (Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco)

On the national stage, our team has managed on-air talent logistics for ESPN at multiple Super Bowls, coordinating everything from street filming locations to stadium arrivals.

Pizza City Fest Nashville

For this Nashville festival drawing about 4,000 guests a day, our team ran the full event logistics — venue, vendors, rentals, tenting, food permitting, ticketing, staffing, and signage — from the ground up.

Tennessee Titans Event Department

Before there was a Greatest Show Events, our founder built and led the Titans’ entire in-house event department — running full-stadium operations for concerts (Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour, Ed Sheeran’s ÷ Tour, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, CMA Fest), major sporting events (Monster Jam, Supercross, USA vs. Mexico, the Concacaf Gold Cup, and an ICC soccer match between Tottenham and Manchester City), and every private event that came through the stadium.

Planning something big?

Whatever the scale, we’ve run the logistics before. Let’s talk about what it takes to do yours right.
