The face behind the curtain

Tara Henderson, CMP, CCO

The world of event production and entertainment has been in Tara’s bones since she was 6 years old. As a child, her mother ran away and joined the circus - quite literally, she got a job with Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey and took Tara with her. This sparked her love of entertainment and it’s still Tara’s passion to this day. Which is why, she created The Greatest Show Event Management Co. (get the name?).

Tara’s experience started at Walt Disney World where her career began in entertainment as a performer, moving into Catering and Convention Services and lastly, Disney’s Fairytale Weddings. It was truly a magical experience!

From there, Tara relocated to Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN to further her career in Convention Services. After leaving the hotel world, Tara created the event department for the Tennessee Titans, building their stadium event operations from the ground up, where She put in place the private event and full stadium event operation! Her experience creating the department put a spark in her heart to start her own company one day, bringing us to now...

After 2020, Tara realized what was important in life and decided to finally take the opportunity to ignite that spark and work for herself, so here we are; introducing The Greatest Show Event Management Company!
